About ClearPay CRNA

ClearPay CRNA is a job board for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists, built and run by a practicing CRNA. It lists CRNA jobs across the United States — 4,100 live today, from 165 employers and agencies — with pay rates on listings: the posted rate where one is printed, and a labeled estimate where it isn't, derived from nearby listings. Listings are rechecked daily and removed when they close.

Why I built it

I'm Aubrey Shaner, DNAP, CRNA, in South Carolina. I built this to solve the problems I ran into as a CRNA looking for work. I wanted to know what "competitive compensation" actually meant in different parts of the country. I didn't want to scroll through pages of incongruent listings to find out. And I wanted to search for jobs by the things that matter to CRNAs — pay, 1099 or W-2, call, schedule, case mix — not by whatever a recruiter chose to put in a title.

For employers and agencies

Your public postings are listed automatically, free, and linked back to you. When a CRNA contacts you through a listing, we forward their name, email and phone to you. Claiming your listings is free and lets you set your own rate, apply link and lead address, with analytics. Featured agency is the one paid option today, quoted on request. Search results are ranked by the same rules for every listing; paid placement, where it appears, is labeled.
