Terms of use
ClearPay CRNA (clearpaycrna.com) is a job board for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). By using it you agree to these terms.
Rates
Rates shown are informational. Each one comes from the job posting, from the agency or employer that claimed the listing, or is an estimate from other rates, and the listing says which. The agency or employer sets the actual pay. An estimate is not an offer.
Contacting an agency or employer
Contact details you send go to the agency or employer. When you send the contact form, we forward your name, email and phone to the address they gave us, to the recruiter named on that job posting, or else to the address their own job postings list. The form's line "By sending, you agree this agency may contact you by email, phone, or text." means exactly that: they may reach you about the job by any of the three.
On a CRNA job, the form first asks you to find and pick your own record in NPPES (the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System), the public national provider registry. Pick only your own record, and tick the student or new-graduate box only if it is true. We tell the agency or employer the result of the check, not your NPI (National Provider Identifier), and we don't store your NPI.
We take no applications. What happens next is between you and them. If you tick "Email me new CRNA jobs like this", you also get daily job emails, which stop with one click.
Rate reports
A rate you send with "Know the rate?" must be one you were really offered or paid, and the registry record you pick must be your own. The rate is used inside estimates and is not shown on its own.
For recruiters and employers
Claiming. You can claim your organization's listings with an email address at its own domain. Claim only for an organization you work for.
Rates you enter. A rate you enter on a listing means "This is the rate we are offering for this job." Keep it current.
Contacts. CRNA contacts are free. Charging for them takes terms agreed with your organization in writing. Use the details only to talk with that CRNA about jobs; don't sell or share them.
Where contacts go. We send each contact to the delivery address you set in your dashboard or gave us; if there is none, to the recruiter or hiring address named on that job posting. A job you post on this site uses the work email you posted it with, unless you set another. Until we have one of these addresses for a listing, CRNAs still contact you through it: we keep their details and get in touch to ask where they should go, and once you tell us, the waiting contacts are delivered under these terms.
CRNA check. On CRNA jobs, each contact carries the result of a check against NPPES, the public national provider registry: "Verified CRNA (national registry)", "Not verified: student or new graduate", or "Not verified: registry unavailable". Jobs for students, educators and anesthesiologist assistants have no check.
Commercial terms. Listing and claiming are free. Any paid option, such as Featured agency or billing for contacts, runs on terms agreed with your organization in writing: the price, what it covers and how it is billed (by card through Stripe, or by invoice). Your dashboard shows your organization's terms under Your terms. Where an agreement in writing and this page differ, the agreement governs.
Featured agency. Featured agency is priced by arrangement with you, paid by card through Stripe or invoiced net 30, and renews each period until you cancel or until the end date agreed. While it is active, your live listings show your logo, a highlighted card and the words Featured agency. Search results are ranked by the same rules for every listing; paid placement, where it appears, is labeled. Cancelling in the billing portal stops the next renewal; it runs to the end of the period already paid for.
Payments. Stripe handles payments and invoices. Card details go to Stripe, not to this site.
Weekly CRNA pay data insights. Unsubscribing from the Monday summary stops that email; contacts and notices about your listings keep arriving. To stop contacts, email support@clearpaycrna.com.
Removal
To remove your organization's listings, use the removal form or email support@clearpaycrna.com from your company address. We remove them within 72 hours of the request.
Acceptable use
Don't copy the site in bulk, overload it, test its security without permission, send false information, or use it to send spam. We may block anyone who does.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate, but we don't promise it is complete, current or free of errors, and, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made from it.
Changes
We may change these terms, and the site's features, pricing and policies may change. The current version is on this page.
