ClearPay CRNA (clearpaycrna.com) is a job board for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). CRNAs need no account. We collect only what each form asks for, and we don't sell personal data.
What each form collects
Job alerts: your email address and the search you chose. We don't share the addresses of alerts or of Weekly CRNA pay data insights with recruiters, agencies or employers.
Weekly CRNA pay data insights: your email address and where you signed up. If the sign-up link carried a campaign tag ("?src=" in the address), we keep that tag with your address to count which link brought you. No cookie is set. We use the address only to send this week's issue when you sign up, with a link to confirm; one reminder if you haven't confirmed after 3 days; and, once you confirm, the weekly email and its two welcome emails. A sign-up not confirmed within 14 days is deleted; we keep a record of the emails sent to the address (when, and whether each was delivered).
Contact form: your name, email and phone, and the time you agreed to be contacted. We forward them to the agency or employer at the address it gave us, to the recruiter named on that job posting, or else to the address its own job postings list, and keep a record of the contact.
On a CRNA job, the contact form checks you against the public NPPES registry and keeps only the result, not your NPI. NPPES (the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System) is the public registry of NPIs (National Provider Identifiers). We send the first name, last name and state you type to NPPES, and you pick your own record; if you type your NPI instead, we check it the same way. The result (verified, student or new graduate, or registry unavailable) goes to the agency or employer with your details. The state is used only for the search, and we don't log what NPPES returns.
"Know the rate?": the rate, whether you were offered or paid it, the year, and the job. No name and no email. You find your own NPPES record the same way as on the contact form; the name you type is used only for the search. We check the NPI against the public NPPES registry to confirm you are a CRNA, and we don't store it. We keep only a one-way hash of it, to limit repeat submissions. Reports are shown only as counts inside estimates.
Agencies and employers who sign in: your work email and your organization, and what you enter in the dashboard.
Visitors
No third-party analytics, ads or trackers, and no tracking cookies. If you pick light or dark, one cookie remembers that choice; if you sign in as an agency user, one session cookie. When you open job listings, one cookie counts how many you have opened, up to two, for a year, only so Weekly CRNA pay data insights is offered at the foot of a listing from the second one you open; if you close that offer, one cookie keeps it closed for 30 days. How you order a job list (default, highest pay or newest) stays in the page's address, not in a cookie. None of these goes anywhere but this site. To count views, we keep a visitor hash made from a salt that changes every day, your IP (internet protocol) address and your browser's name. To limit contacts and registry searches, we count by a hash of the day's salt and your IP address alone; for registry searches, that count is kept in our server's memory, not in our database. The IP address itself is not stored. Listing events (views, contacts, shares) are kept to measure the site over time; they hold that daily hash, not your IP address or your name.
Most of our emails are sent by Resend from mail.clearpaycrna.com. The one-time email inviting an agency to claim its listings, and our replies to support mail, are sent from our Gmail. Every alert and weekly email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops that email. If an address bounces or reports spam, we stop sending to it and keep it on a do-not-send list so it stays stopped.
Payments
Stripe handles payments. Card details go to Stripe, not to this site.
Support
Mail to support@clearpaycrna.com, rates@clearpaycrna.com or agencies@clearpaycrna.com, where replies to our emails go, stays in our mailbox; we keep a short summary to answer it. An automated assistant (Anthropic's Claude) reads it to answer routine questions and passes everything else to a person.
Who else sees your data
The agency or employer you contact, or the recruiter named on that job posting; NPPES, run by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, which receives the name and state you type to find your record; and the services that run the site for us: Resend and Google (Gmail) for email, Anthropic for the assistant that reads support mail, Stripe for payments, and our hosting and database providers. No one else. We don't sell personal data.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any alert or weekly email with its link. To have your alerts, your weekly-email sign-up or your contact details deleted, email support@clearpaycrna.com. We delete them and reply when it is done. Details already forwarded to an agency or employer are also held by them; ask them as well.
