The role is a full-time CRNA position at an orthopedic ambulatory surgery center in Gainesville, Georgia. The practice is highly autonomous and operates without medical direction, and the CRNA performs regional blocks, spinal anesthetics and similar techniques while working at the top of their scope and license. Trainers are available for providers who want to learn new skills.

Compensation is listed as $200,000 base for new graduates and $205,000 to $245,000 base for experienced CRNAs, along with a $40,000 retention bonus and an end-of-year bonus. A multi-site differential is offered to those who agree to help at other facilities when needed. Paid time off totals six weeks.
