This is a full-time, employed CRNA position at Saint Alphonsus Ten Mile Ambulatory Surgery Center in Meridian, Idaho, a 1.0 FTE role currently scheduled Monday through Thursday in 4x10 shifts, with no call. The position sits within a physician-led multispecialty group of more than 650 providers and emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Anesthesia work is performed in a highly collaborative setting alongside supervising anesthesiologists, under a supervision model with a maximum ratio of 4:1.

The surgical case mix at the Ten Mile ASC includes general, orthopedic, ENT, pain, gynecology, and podiatry procedures. The facility is built specifically for same-day surgery, with 5 operating suites and 1 procedure room in a 148,000-square-foot building equipped with current technology.

Compensation and benefits include student loan repayment, PTO and a CME allocation, malpractice insurance including tail coverage, health, dental and vision coverage, and a 403(b) retirement plan.

Qualified candidates need a graduate degree in nurse anesthesia (such as a DNAP or CRNA program), certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists, an Idaho CRNA license, and privileges at the Ten Mile ASC and other affiliated health system hospitals as needed. A valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and the DEA is also required.
