Full details
A facility is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide locum tenens coverage while it works to fill a current staffing need. The day shift runs from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with call beginning at 3:00 p.m.
The anesthetist would work independently and handle a mix of cases that includes general, orthopedic, vascular, and healthy pediatric procedures. Spinal anesthesia, axillary blocks, and peripheral nerve blocks are common, and brachial plexus blocks come up occasionally. The site uses the EPIC electronic medical record system.
Credentialing takes roughly 60 to 90 days. Candidates must hold an active state license or be willing to obtain one.
