Optim Medical Center-Tattnall in southeast Georgia is seeking per diem CRNAs. The facility is a physician-owned healthcare organization that has served its region for more than 60 years and emphasizes quality care and strong clinical outcomes.

Per diem anesthetists would deliver anesthesia care across a range of surgical cases, with assignments in general, orthopedic, neurological, and gastrointestinal procedures. Responsibilities include completing pre-anesthesia assessments, securing informed consent, and building and reviewing anesthetic plans with patients. The provider would manage induction, maintenance, and emergence, track each patient's physiological status, and act on changes as needed. The role also contributes to departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Candidates need a current registered professional nursing license, a degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and certification or recertification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Pay is listed at $175 per hour, and malpractice insurance coverage is fully paid.
