Full details
A facility is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide locum tenens coverage while it works to fill a current staffing gap. The role calls for on-site daytime work, with an on-call obligation that recurs periodically and includes weekend duty on a rotating basis.
Anesthesia cases span a broad range of specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopic procedures, eye surgery, obstetric and gynecologic care, urologic procedures, ENT, and podiatric work. Providers are also expected to perform several regional techniques, such as transversus abdominis plane blocks, neuraxial techniques, peripheral nerve blocks, and intravenous regional blocks.
The facility uses EPIC as its electronic medical record system. The practice is staffed exclusively by CRNAs.
Credentialing generally takes around two to three months. A current state license is needed before the credentialing process can begin.
