The practice is seeking cardiac-focused CRNAs to join a team in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where the anesthetist works independently across electrophysiology, vascular and, on occasion, cardiothoracic and general operating rooms. The team emphasizes high-quality patient care, innovation and advanced technology for those whose main interest is cardiac anesthesia.

Case volume is substantial: the hybrid suites handle roughly 300 TAVRs, 50 MitraClips, EVARs and TCARs, and the busy EP rooms typically run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., matching the hospital's EP nursing hours. Open revascularization procedures are also common.

The facility is a 57-bed boutique hospital focused on cardiac and advanced vascular work. It has three ORs, two modern hybrid suites, three EP procedure rooms staffed by independent CRNAs, and a strong catheterization lab program.

The role is a 1099 position with a four-day work week and no call, weekends or holidays. The base salary is listed at $350K, with the posting noting that picking up shifts in the Heart Hospital or general OR can raise earnings to $400K. An annual bonus of up to $8K is paid quarterly.

A $60K sign-on and relocation bonus is offered with a three-year commitment, and providers receive 10 weeks off per year. Malpractice coverage must comply with the New Mexico Patient Compensation Fund.
