The group is looking to add two CRNAs to its current team of ten, which delivers a full range of anesthesia services in Hastings and the surrounding south central Nebraska region. The practice operates mainly out of two sites: a hospital with six surgical suites, two endoscopy suites and one C-section room, and a surgical center with three surgical suites. The model is autonomous, with anesthesiologists available for consultation, and the group reports strong working relationships with surgeons.

Cases span obstetrics, general surgery, neurosurgery (mostly spine), orthopedics, ophthalmology and more. The schedule is set at one call day for every seven days, followed by a post-call day off.
