The practice is seeking a CRNA to join a team in eastern coastal Maine, with three openings available. The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule and includes 10 days of call, and a sign-on bonus of 100k is noted in the posting alongside a salary figure of 400k.

The CRNA delivers the full range of anesthesia care, tailored to the patient's needs, the surgeon's requirements, and what the facility can support. Throughout the perioperative period the CRNA confers with the operating surgeon before, during, and after each case to safeguard the patient, serves as the patient's advocate, and stays responsible for that patient from start to finish.
