A locum CRNA assignment is available at a 288-bed teaching hospital in Mount Clemens, in southeast Michigan just northeast of Detroit. The hospital is a Level II Trauma Center with academic exposure, and the role suits Michigan-based CRNAs looking for a short-term, no-call contract with steady weekday hours.

The assignment runs from July 1 through September 30, with the possibility of extension. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with no call. The caseload is roughly three surgical cases per day across 10 operating rooms, under a medically directed supervision model, and the hospital uses Cerner for documentation.

Required procedures include general surgery for adult and pediatric patients, spinal anesthesia, neurosurgical cases, and ventilation management. Candidates need NBCRNA board certification, an active Michigan license, and BLS and ACLS credentials. New graduates may apply, with local candidates strongly preferred.

Applicants must be fully immunized according to occupational health clearance, including hepatitis B, MMR, and varicella, either by vaccination or titers, plus the current season's flu shot, COVID documentation, a TB test within the past 12 months, and a Tdap dose within the past 10 years.

Pay is listed at $220 per hour. Mileage and lodging are reimbursable, with lodging capped at a $150 hotel maximum including taxes. Malpractice coverage is provided, and the first onboarding period is paid at half rate.
