The schedule is 10-hour days, 07:00 to 17:00. The role is a long-term locum assignment for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists at a well-established, full-service hospital in North Central Wisconsin. It suits providers who are comfortable with high-acuity work and a broad range of cases, including obstetric and emergent procedures. The start date is as soon as possible, with credentialing taking roughly 60 days, and the assignment is ongoing with six or more months preferred.

The position is full-time and runs Sunday through Saturday on a rotating basis. Call includes in-house coverage and beeper duty, with a 15-minute response time required. Work takes place in the hospital operating rooms and an outpatient surgery center with more than 16 ORs.

Case types include MAC, general anesthesia, OB, regional, spinal and epidural techniques, trauma, pediatrics, neonatal intubation, IV starts, ventilation, and acute blood pressure and volume management. Experience with central and arterial lines is preferred. Cardiac, thoracic, and complex vascular cases are not part of this role. Equipment and systems include Dräger anesthesia machines, Omnicell, and the Cerner EMR.

Pay is offered as a competitive hourly rate based on hours and commitment, stated as $225–$260 per hour and open to negotiation. An all-inclusive rate option is available on inquiry. Travel, lodging, and car rental or mileage are reimbursed, and A+ rated malpractice insurance is included.
