A locum CRNA assignment is available in Burlington, Vermont, running from September 15, 2025 through March 15, 2026, with two full-time CRNAs being sought. The hospital is a Level 1 trauma and teaching center, and the anesthesia team works in a collaborative setting.

Schedule is four 10-hour days per week, either 0700–1700 or 0700–1900/2000, with no call responsibilities. The team follows a traditional ACT model with 1:2 supervision, occasionally 1:3, and anesthesia providers are supported by surgical residents, anesthesia techs, and turnover staff. The EHR is Epic, used across inpatient and outpatient care, and candidates must be able to credential quickly.

Case exposure is high-volume, spanning more than 20 ORs and procedure rooms, with about 25,000 anesthetics annually. Services include general, GYN, ENT, vascular, urology, plastics, orthopedics, neuro, GI, IR, EP, endocrine, dental, ophthalmology, robotic surgery, and MRI. Required skills are general anesthesia, MAC, spinals, and arterial lines.

Candidates must hold NBCRNA certification and either an active Vermont license or IMLC eligibility, along with BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Two references are required, one of whom must be a physician, and a phone or virtual interview is part of the process.

Pay is offered as 1099 hourly rates that vary with the level of commitment, with the posting citing rates up to $235 per hour. Travel, lodging in a hotel or Airbnb, and rental car or mileage are reimbursed, and malpractice coverage is provided.
