Full details
This locum position in Michigan calls for a full-time CRNA available for 40 hours per week, generally scheduled Monday through Friday, though the days and times may shift with departmental needs and provider availability. The role is needed as soon as possible and runs through 2026, with a possible start in mid-June. Potential weekday and weekend emergency department call is part of the assignment.
The practice mix is about 70 percent inpatient and 30 percent outpatient. Anesthesia coverage is needed across endoscopy, general surgery, OB/GYN, orthopedics, pain management, urology, vascular, and healthy pediatric cases, with thoracic blocks preferred but not required. The facility provides full support staff and typically staffs three to four providers per day, so solo work is limited to occasional on-call situations.
The hospital covers travel. Credentialing for full privileges takes roughly 60 to 90 days, and temporary assignments are available. The electronic health record used is EPIC.
Candidates need an active Michigan license or a qualifying nursing compact license, along with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NBCRNA certification, plus at least one year of experience.
