The position is a permanent CRNA role in Havre, Montana, offered through one of VISTA's healthcare partners. The practice is a team of three full-time, in-house CRNAs who would be joining it.

The facility is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with six ICU/CCU beds, five newly remodeled LDRP suites, and seven outpatient dialysis stations, plus a 24-hour ED staffed by physicians. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Compensation and benefits include generous CME funds, employer-paid medical malpractice coverage with tail coverage, health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan. Relocation funds are available, the employer reimburses Montana licensing and DEA fees, and sign-on bonuses can be negotiated.

Havre has a population of about 10,000, with roughly 36,000 people across the surrounding counties. The area offers good neighborhoods, strong schools, and access to higher education and jobs, along with a reasonably priced lifestyle.

Outdoor life is a major draw, with golf, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, and camping nearby. Beaver Creek Park is a short drive away, and Glacier National Park is about four hours off.
