Cardiovascular Surgery Center of Texas, located in Shenandoah, Texas, is seeking a per diem CRNA to work one day each week, on Tuesdays. The role is CRNA-only, meaning no physician supervision is required. The facility is an outpatient, ambulatory center that specializes in minimally invasive procedures for heart rhythm disorders and peripheral vascular disease.

The CRNA would provide full anesthesia care for cardiovascular procedures. Responsibilities include performing pre-anesthesia assessments, securing informed consent, and building and reviewing anesthetic plans with patients. The clinician would direct induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia while watching the patient's physiological status and stepping in with treatment when needed. The position also contributes to departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Candidates need a current registered professional nursing license and a degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Applicants must also hold a valid credential from the AANA's certification body, whether initial or renewed. The posted pay is $225 per hour.
