Full details
This locum CRNA role is a contract position at a well-regarded hospital in a quiet part of Washington State. Coverage is needed around the clock for stretches of one to two weeks, beginning as early as this summer, with the possibility of ongoing work into 2025.
The position is a flexible job-share with low-volume, routine cases and no obstetrics. Practice is autonomous and unsupervised, with a low-stress pace and roughly 25 hours of work per week on average. There is no surgical call and only minimal emergency room involvement, leaving substantial downtime while the clinician remains part of a supportive medical staff.
Providers may fly in for two-week blocks and use a dedicated call room, or live nearby within a 35-minute callback radius. The arrangement is set up as 1099 contractor status, with paid expenses and malpractice insurance rated A+ included in a customizable locum package.
