This permanent CRNA role offers a weekday schedule at the largest community hospital in Northeastern Pennsylvania, located in Scranton. Compensation for W2 providers can reach $305K depending on experience, and the package adds 1.5x overtime, eight weeks of paid time off, and extra income opportunities through compensated beeper call. A 1099 arrangement is also offered at $325,600 per year, based on a 40-hour week and a 44-week commitment.

Malpractice coverage is supplied by the group for both W2 and 1099 providers. Candidates may choose either employment model.
