Full details
A staffing firm is placing a CRNA in Georgia on locum coverage, with the need beginning in May. Coverage is wanted as soon as the provider is credentialed, and the need is expected to continue while the client recruits for a permanent hire.
Required credentials include ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications along with an active Georgia license. The caseload spans endoscopy, well pediatrics, urology, ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, and eye procedures. Skills in nerve blocks and epidurals are required, and the provider must keep case logs for blocks, spinals, and epidurals on the ORs/5 system and the Medaxion EMR.
Daytime work is scheduled on a rotating pattern of four weeks on followed by one week off, with full weeks and a day off after each call shift. Call is taken overnight, and epidural call falls on weekends only and is handled by the CRNA. Physicians provide supervision.
The package highlights competitive hourly pay, malpractice insurance covered by the staffing firm, and paid travel and lodging. A referral bonus is also offered to providers who refer a suitable colleague.
