Full details
The role places a CRNA on the New Jersey implementation team, supporting a range of North American Partners in Anesthesia sites across the Mid-Atlantic region of Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. The position is full time and W2-based, and it centers on travel to facilities throughout the region, where the practitioner works with well-regarded institutions and helps establish new working relationships.
Compensation listed for the opening includes a base figure of $325K and a sign-on incentive of $75K, along with a meal allowance of up to $50 per workday. Mileage from home to lodging is reimbursed, and lodging is covered up to $139 per night, though that rate may rise depending on location with approval.
Benefits described include medical, life, vision, dental, disability, and accidental death and dismemberment coverage, a generous amount of paid time off, and flexible spending or health savings accounts. Malpractice insurance is fully paid, and loan repayment and training assistance are available.
Clinical duties include delivering full anesthesia care across a diverse mix of surgical cases. The practitioner performs preoperative assessments, secures informed consent, and builds anesthetic plans with patients. Responsibilities also cover managing induction, maintenance, and emergence, watching each patient's physiological status and intervening as needed, and contributing to departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
Candidates need a current, unrestricted state license and a valid National Provider Identifier, graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and certification or recertification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists. Willingness and ability to move between locations is required.
