NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to work at Atlanta Eye Surgery Center in Atlanta, Georgia. The role carries a high degree of autonomy, with no medical direction required.

The caseload consists of local anesthesia and monitored sedation cases in an outpatient eye surgery setting. The facility pairs leading area surgeons with advanced technology and a patient-focused, comfortable environment. Team-oriented providers are preferred, and the employer is willing to train on certain skills for candidates who are eager to learn.

Experienced CRNAs are offered a base salary of $225,000-275,000k plus a $40,000 retention bonus, along with incentives and stipends. Paid time off includes six weeks, and benefits include medical, dental, life, long- and short-term disability, malpractice coverage, and a 401k.

Scheduling is Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with no call, no nights, and no weekends.
