Full details
This permanent CRNA position is based in Lima, Ohio. The schedule is flexible, with 8 and 10 hour shifts offered and 12 hour shifts possibly available as well. The caseload is broad, covering nearly everything except facial plastics and transplants. Pediatric work is limited and mostly limited to well ENT procedures such as tonsils and adenoids.
The facility runs 10 sites per day, all located within the health system. CRNAs practice quite independently, and typically one physician is scheduled per day alongside 10 CRNAs. The operating rooms are modern, including open heart capability, new surgical robots, and a hybrid OR, and the program has a strong nerve block component.
The base salary is listed as $210k. Benefits are strong: the organization pays the premiums for medical and dental coverage, and it can offer up to $100k in student loan assistance. Malpractice insurance is paid, and the package also includes a 401K, vacation time, and continuing education (CME) opportunities.
