The role is a CRNA position with a list of target start dates spread from January through June, including several split and multi-day blocks. Shifts run from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with separate call hours from 3 p.m. to 7 a.m. and a late room option from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays excluding Wednesday, which is a 10-hour day.

Case types include endoscopy, obstetrics, pediatrics, urology, ENT, general surgery, gynecology, and orthopedics. Obstetrics work is required. The practice expects proficiency in spinal anesthesia, nerve blocks, and epidurals, and case logs must be kept for epidurals, spinals, and blocks.

Supervision is described as little to no. Credentialing takes about 60 to 90 days, though temporary placements are possible for providers with a clean background and malpractice history and an active, unrestricted license. Vaccination is required, with religious and medical exemptions accepted.
