The position offers a mix of scheduled shifts and on-call coverage. Available shifts include 8-hour shifts across a 5/8 pattern totaling 40 hours per week, a weeknight beeper call shift, a 10-hour day shift, Friday night beeper call, and a 24-hour weekend shift.
The caseload spans a broad range of specialties: general surgery, orthopedics (with spinal anesthesia and peripheral nerve blocks for orthopedic procedures), ENT, GI, neuro spine surgery, dental, healthy pediatric patients, ophthalmology, podiatry, and vascular cases.
The practice operates under a medical supervision model, and the CRNA works under medical supervision.
