Full details

This ongoing locum tenens role for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist sits within a respected Oregon health system operating a Level III trauma center. The assignment spans the Albany and Corvallis locations and is set to begin as soon as possible or in October 2026. The electronic medical record in use is Epic.

The practice model centers on flexibility. Albany offers weekday operating room shifts paired with call, while Corvallis offers its own shift format plus call. Home call carries a low callback frequency, most evenings wrap up early in the evening, and occasional callbacks cover epidural work.

Anesthesia services span a wide case mix, including general anesthesia, sedation, ventilation management, obstetrics, vascular and orthopedic surgery (both simple and complex), and care for adult, adolescent, and pediatric patients. Regional techniques are also part of the work, such as spinal blocks, epidurals, peripheral and nerve blocks, intravenous regional anesthesia, and placement of arterial and central lines.

Candidates need an active CRNA certification and experience with a broad surgical case mix. ACLS is required, and PALS and NRP apply where relevant. Current vaccination documentation must be on file.

Compensation is described as competitive locum pay, and the posting highlights travel and lodging assistance for qualified providers. The position is positioned as a stable, long-term opportunity that allows a full-time income with a strong work-life balance.
