The primary pattern is weekday daytime work, Monday through Friday. Longer or extended-day assignments can be asked of the provider when the team's needs call for them, and some days run later depending on the operating room's workload.

The caseload spans general anesthesia for adults and pediatric patients, along with spinal, epidural and other regional techniques. Complex vascular and complex orthopedic procedures, spine cases, ventilation management, and placement of central and arterial lines are also included.
