The position is for a CRNA with target start windows spread across January, February, March and April, with specific blocks of dates listed for each window. Day shifts run from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and call runs from 3 p.m. to 7 a.m., occurring every other night and every third weekend.

The caseload covers endoscopy, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology and podiatry. Practice is under supervision, with all CRNA work performed under that oversight.

Candidates must be proficient in spinal, nerve block and epidural techniques. Applicants are asked to submit case logs that document epidurals, spinals and blocks. Vaccination is required, though applicants with religious or medical exemptions are also being accepted.
