This full-time CRNA opening is at Inova Fairfax Hospital on the Inova Fairfax Medical Campus in Falls Church, Virginia, a suburb of the nation's capital. The practice is staffed by more than 60 board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologists and about 90 CRNAs, several of whom focus on pediatric, neurosurgical, or cardiac anesthesia. A stipend is offered to members of the cardiac CRNA team, with an option to also work pediatric cardiac cases.

The caseload is broad and spans general, GI, pediatric, gynecologic, orthopedic, major vascular, thoracic, ophthalmology, transplant (heart, kidney, and pancreas), cardiac, neuro, obstetric, and trauma anesthesia. Shifts of several lengths are offered without call obligations, and night shifts are also available with a higher differential for weekend nights.

Compensation is listed as a salary range of $224k to $256k plus differentials, set according to years of experience, along with a sign-on bonus of $98k or more. Other pay items include a performance bonus, differential, overtime, and holiday pay. Seven weeks of PTO, fully paid malpractice and tail coverage, and a CEU allowance are included, and new graduates are welcome to apply.
