A locum tenens position is available in upstate New York, near Poughkeepsie, for a summer-through-year-end assignment that may extend longer. Full-time coverage is needed, though part-time arrangements may be considered. The start is as soon as possible after credentialing is complete.

Compensation includes a good base rate along with travel and lodging, malpractice coverage if needed, and a completion bonus. Shifts run 8, 10, or 12 hours, with no call and no weekend work. The caseload is varied and does not include cardiac cases, and the practice uses a care team model. Charting is done in Cerner.

Emergency privileging is handled within a 75-day window.
