Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri is recruiting Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants to join its team. The hospital needs additional anesthesia providers to keep pace with rising case volumes and growth across all procedure service lines. The role operates under a medical supervision model, working alongside a group of CRNAs and anesthesiologists.

A $125,000 commencement bonus is currently available to help fill critical staffing needs, and it requires a four-year commitment. The compensation model was recently revised and is reviewed annually for possible raises.
