A medical center in central Illinois is seeking a CRNA for locum tenens coverage. The role runs on 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with no call shifts. The anesthesia work takes place in the operating rooms and an outpatient surgery center.

The facility has 23 ORs and averages about 10 cases per day. The caseload spans routine cases, GI, plastics, orthopedics, and GYN, and the provider should be comfortable managing high-acuity GI procedures. The practice follows a care team model with medical direction, and clinical documentation is kept in Epic.

Travel and expenses are paid. Time off can be spent visiting a hands-on science museum, a Route 66 festival, or a scenic trail through woods and wetlands.
