Full details
The position is available immediately on an ongoing basis. Shift lengths vary and include 8, 10, 12, and 24-hour options. The 24-hour shifts are limited and are generally reserved for holidays and the days surrounding them. The 12-hour shifts are mostly scheduled on Thursdays and Fridays, with every other shift on those days being a 12-hour shift.
The caseload covers most anesthesia types, with the exception of ENT, pediatric, neuro, general, endocrine, cardiovascular, and obstetric cases. Cardiac electrophysiology cases are included, while cardiovascular cases are not.
The role may be independent room coverage, supervisory work, or a combination of both, depending on the department's needs.
