Full details
The schedule is 12-hour shifts. The role pairs off-site overnight coverage, running every night of the week, with in-house daytime coverage on Saturdays and Sundays.
Duties include pre-anesthesia evaluations and tailored anesthesia plans, administering and monitoring anesthesia through surgical cases, and managing the airway, ventilation, hemodynamics and fluid needs. The provider would cover trauma, obstetric and complex surgical procedures, perform regional nerve blocks, and direct postoperative pain control. Recovery care and handoffs to downstream staff are also part of the work, carried out alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons and perioperative teammates.
Required credentials are ACLS, BLS, CRNA certification, PALS and ABLS, and the listing names anesthesiology as a board area. Epic is the electronic record in use, and the setting is inpatient.
Compensation is described as strong. Travel-related costs are covered, and the provider receives coverage under an A-rated medical malpractice policy. A recruiter is available for later travel assignments.
