Full details
This locum tenens CRNA position in southwestern Idaho calls for a full-time commitment of 40 scheduled hours per week, based primarily in Boise with coverage at the Nampa facility when needed. Hours vary from week to week, shifting between 8, 10, and 12-hour blocks, and the role also includes one 24-hour shift and one 16-hour shift each week. Only full-time locum candidates are being considered, and block scheduling is not offered. Schedules are released to the provider 4 to 6 weeks in advance.
On-call duties are part of the role. In Boise, call occurs two weeknights and one weekend per month, while Nampa requires one call shift per week, which may fall on a weekday or weekend. Candidates must be willing to work all listed shift patterns.
Applicants need board certification as a CRNA. Licensure is open, meaning the facility will work with a candidate who is not yet licensed in Idaho. A DEA registration and controlled substance registration are both required. Experience of at least one year is preferred, though the facility will consider candidates with six months of experience as the minimum.
