The Toledo Clinic in Toledo, Ohio is seeking a full-time CRNA to join a team of six CRNAs, with five on staff and one float, working a Monday through Friday day shift from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The practice uses a CRNA-only model with a maximum of six patient-owned sites of service.

The caseload is varied and includes a heavy volume of endoscopy, plastics, nerve blocks, general ambulatory surgery center cases, and ophthalmology.

Compensation is tiered by position: four CRNAs are paid $308K at 1.1 FTE, two CRNAs are paid $294K at 1.05 FTE, and the Chief CRNA is paid $280K at 1.0 FTE plus a $10k chief stipend. A sign-on bonus of 60,000 is offered over a three-year period.
