A high-volume orthopedic facility in the Tampa, Florida area is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its anesthesia team. The site concentrates on total and partial joint replacements and repairs, with roughly 90% of cases being total hips and knees, and averages 22 cases per day across nine operating rooms. CRNAs practice independently under a medical direction model with a 3:1 or 4:1 ratio, and the surgical environment is described as modern and well equipped, with dedicated anesthesia tech support.

Clinicians work 8-hour shifts on either a 5x8 or 4x8 schedule and have no call requirements. The role excludes pain management duties, and the facility uses the Echart EMR system. Access to AANA-approved continuing education modules is provided.
