The role is a 1099 independent contractor position for a CRNA at Tri-State Health in Clarkston, Washington, a Critical Access Hospital with 25 beds, four operating rooms, and a GI suite. The practice is independent, with no supervision or medical direction required, and staffing follows a model of one physician to four CRNAs.

The caseload is primarily routine, excluding heads, hearts, obstetrics, and trauma, and covers orthopedics, general surgery, urology, GI, podiatry, gynecology, and healthy pediatric patients. Spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia skills are preferred. On-call duties are pager-only and involve a low volume of cases. The facility still uses paper charts and has no anesthesia EMR.
