The schedule is 12-hour shifts. This locum tenens assignment in Connecticut is set to begin October 26, 2026, and runs for 120 days.
The anesthetist would oversee a broad caseload covering every type of general anesthesia, outpatient procedures, intensive care, and both perioperative and adult anesthesia work. Obstetric cases are excluded from the assignment. Adult trauma cases are part of the role, but pediatric trauma is not required.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience, although those with 18 months of recent practice may be considered. Familiarity with the Epic electronic medical record system is listed as an asset. A commitment of six months is preferred, and a full year is considered ideal.
