HCA Southeast Houston, a multi-specialty hospital in Pasadena, Texas within the greater Houston area, is seeking a service-oriented CRNA. The role is a 1099 position covering 45 weeks of service, with compensation listed at 290K, and the schedule is set up to avoid call, night, weekend, and holiday work.

Shifts are a mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour blocks with some flexibility, and the rotation allows for several four-day weeks. The provider receives seven weeks off in addition to facility holidays. Opportunities to pick up extra shifts for added pay are available.

Cases include general, GI, orthopedic, OB/GYN, urology, radiology, cardiovascular, and neuro procedures. The CRNA works alongside eight MDs and eleven CRNAs under a non-medical-direction model, and OB cases are available if the provider wishes to take them.

Board certification or board eligibility is preferred, and new graduates are encouraged to apply. The package includes paid malpractice coverage with tail, access to group benefits through partner programs, support from corporate clinical leaders, and room to grow skills and training.
