A single opening remains for an independent, service-minded CRNA to join a CRNA-only team at Nacogdoches Medical Center, a multi-specialty facility with 161 beds in Nacogdoches, Texas, in the heart of East Texas near Lufkin.

The compensation is listed as $372(k) on a 1099 basis, with 13 weeks off per year. Call is limited to the operating room, with weekday and weekend call split one-to-five, and there is also a dedicated OB call team. A $40(k) sign-on bonus is paid. Malpractice and tail coverage are provided, and the group offers access to benefits through preferred partnerships.

Cases include general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy and GI, urology, ENT (rarely pediatric), and OB/GYN. Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, though the employer will train a candidate who is not yet proficient. Board certification is also expected.
