Full details
A facility is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide locum tenens coverage while it works to fill a current need. The role runs Monday through Friday with no call and no weekend work, and the posting allows for several shift lengths within the standard weekday schedule.
The anesthetist would cover a broad mix of surgical and procedural specialties, including gastrointestinal, ENT, general surgery, gynecology, neurology, ophthalmology, maxillofacial, general orthopedics, spine, total joints, plastics, podiatry, urology, vascular, pain, thoracic and radiation oncology, obstetrics, endoscopy, and pediatrics. The practice model is independent, meaning the CRNA works without a supervising provider on cases. The facility uses the EPIC electronic medical record system.
Credentialing is expected to take 60 to 90 days. Candidates must hold an active Georgia state license, or be willing to obtain one.
