This locum tenens role places a CRNA at a Minnesota hospital on an ongoing assignment built around schedule control and a healthier work-life balance. The assignment can run for up to a year, and the start is immediate, with the chosen placement meant to suit the clinician's professional and personal priorities.

The CRNA would join a collaborative anesthesia team delivering perioperative care across many surgical disciplines. Work happens in a team setting, and the clinician also helps supervise student registered nurse anesthetists.

Required skills include general anesthesia, perioperative care, team-based practice, and SRNA supervision, along with independent GI coverage. Epidural and spinal experience is preferred. Charting is done in Epic.

Call is part of the role, roughly one weekend in every six weeks, with possible added call shifts for those who want them. The most recent vaccination records are required.
