Full details
A sign-on bonus of up to $100,000, or a student loan repayment option of the same amount depending on the commitment chosen, is part of this CRNA opening with US Anesthesia Partners in Central Texas, based in Austin. The practice emphasizes family-friendly scheduling, a varied caseload, and a compensation package that rewards long-term career growth.
Schedule options are weekday-based and come in several shift lengths, with scheduled breaks, meal periods, and on-time relief. There is no built-in or mandatory call. Optional premium pay applies to evening, night, weekday overtime, and weekend work.
Cases span cardiac, neuro, trauma, obstetrics, plastics, oculoplastic, ENT, oncology, vascular, transplant, pediatric, orthopedic, and general surgery. New providers complete a tailored orientation of about ten to twelve weeks.
The care team is made up of more than 200 CRNAs and 110 anesthesiologists who work across more than 30 facilities in the Austin area, including Level 1 trauma centers, several acute-care hospitals, Dell Children's Medical Center, and many outpatient surgery centers. Multi-site credentialing and attention to location preferences shape assignments.
Benefits include tenure-based year-end bonuses, an annual stipend for continuing education and professional dues, up to nine weeks of paid time off with the option to sell back unused days, 401(k) matching with profit sharing, full medical coverage, and company-paid long-term disability and basic life insurance.
Team life includes football tailgates, wellness outings such as yoga and rock climbing, charity events, and CRNA team-building trips. Austin's cost of living, outdoor recreation, and music scene add to the setting.
Candidates must hold or obtain state licensure and complete the credentialing requirements of each hospital where they will hold privileges.
