A $75,000 sign-on bonus is offered in exchange for a three-year commitment, alongside a recently increased salary, premium time pay, and added incentives.

Evening and overnight assignments are optional, and providers may pick up extra weekday or weekend hours at premium rates plus shift differentials. Credentialing covers multiple sites, and facility and case preferences are taken into account.

The caseload is broad, spanning cardiac, neurological, trauma, obstetric, plastic, oculoplastic, ENT, oncology, vascular, transplant, pediatric, orthopedic, and general surgery procedures. The practice follows a team model in which CRNAs work under medical direction, and it serves more than 200 CRNAs and about 110 anesthesiologists across the greater Austin area, including a major level 1 trauma center, a children's hospital, several high-acuity hospitals, and roughly twenty outpatient surgery centers.

Compensation extras include year-end bonuses tied to tenure, an annual continuing education allowance, and a 401(k) with employer matching and profit sharing that can reach 7% of annual income. Full medical coverage is available, along with company-paid long-term disability and basic life insurance.

Candidates must hold state licensure and complete the credentialing requirements of each hospital where they will have privileges. Austin is noted for its strong job market, universities, outdoor recreation, and live music scene.
