A practice of U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is bringing on 1099 CRNAs and CAAs to grow its team at AdventHealth hospital sites across Central Florida.
The caseload spans a wide range, from routine anesthesia to complex cardiothoracic and transplant surgery, advanced neurosurgery, intricate pediatric operations, orthopedic repairs for fractures, sports medicine, and joint replacement, along with more than 8,000 labor and delivery procedures each year. Because these services are spread across several locations in the area, CRNAs encounter a varied and engaging mix of cases.
Compensation and support include the option of 1099 arrangements based on how much time the clinician can offer, malpractice coverage paid by USAP on an occurrence basis, and a guarantee tied to the shift differential.
Candidates must hold state licensure and complete the credentialing process required by each hospital where they will practice.
