The practice is seeking CRNAs to join its expanding group, which provides anesthesia at AdventHealth hospital sites across Central Florida. It holds the exclusive anesthesia contract for all of AdventHealth's Central Florida locations and also serves a growing number of outpatient surgical facilities, creating steady demand for qualified providers.

The caseload is broad and includes general anesthesia, transplant surgery, advanced neurosurgery, orthopedic trauma and fracture repair, sports medicine, joint replacement, and more than 8,000 labor and delivery cases each year. Opportunities also exist to join dedicated cardiac and pediatric teams. Working across several local sites gives CRNAs varied, stimulating clinical work in a collaborative setting.

Compensation is tiered by years of CRNA experience, with guaranteed hours, flexible scheduling and the option to pick up overtime. Positions carry no overnight call. Differentials apply to evening, night and weekend shifts as well as cardiac and pediatric work, and a sign-on bonus is offered to new hires, with options of 2, 3 or 5-year commitments.

Benefits include annual bonuses beginning at the second anniversary, a 401(k) with a 4% company match, 3% profit sharing, paid time off beginning at 8 weeks, and a continuing education and professional allowance.

Candidates must hold state licensure as a CRNA and meet the credentialing requirements of each hospital where they will have privileges.
