The practice, a regional anesthesia group, is seeking a CRNA to join its team at Avista Adventist Hospital in the northwest Denver area. The practice is growing at this site and places a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Full-time openings are available in either obstetrics or the operating room, with flexible shift options.

Base pay is competitive and tied to years of experience, listed as $234k to $265k. The package also includes a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, and a relocation bonus for qualifying applicants. Benefits cover medical, dental, FSA and HSA accounts, plus a 401k match and quarterly profit-sharing. Vacation begins at six weeks and grows with tenure.

The practice works under a care team model with 4:1 supervision. CRNAs are given a real voice in decisions and can pursue leadership roles locally or on the National Care Team Advisory Committee.
