This CRNA position is based at Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine, Florida, a 335-bed facility with a 130-year history in the community and a recognition among the nation's top hospitals. The organization's broader mission centers on improving physical, social and economic wellbeing across Northeast Florida.

The anesthetist would deliver full anesthesia services across a wide range of surgical specialties, including general, endoscopy, orthopedics, obstetrics, vascular, neurology, gynecology, urology, radiology and electrophysiology. Duties include conducting pre-anesthesia assessments, securing informed consent, drafting anesthetic plans with patients, managing induction, maintenance and recovery, and monitoring physiological status with interventions as required. The role also contributes to departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

The schedule is built around 24-hour shifts, with 91.25 shifts per year on a rotating calendar that includes weekends and holidays. The obstetric team has four members, and proficiency in obstetric anesthesia is required.

Candidates need a current registered nurse license, graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and current certification or recertification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Compensation is listed as a base salary of $273,750 with a $75K sign-on incentive.
