A physician-led anesthesia practice with locations in Maryland, recognized as a top workplace, is seeking a CRNA to cover its ambulatory surgery centers. The role centers on pain and orthopedic cases, and the candidate must be able to perform nerve blocks.

The practice follows a collaborative model, and CRNAs in that model receive an hourly stipend and a pay incentive. Shifts come in a range of schedules. A signing bonus of 50k to 75k is offered, with a prorated payback requirement, along with a retention bonus.
